Iggy and Naslund stay put, Pens ink Gonchar

The Calgary Flames have retained their captain, signing two-time Rocket Richard winner Jarome Iginla to a three year, $21M deal. Official announcement will come at 4:30 this afternoon.

Vancouver, meanwhile has retained their captain, re-signing Markus Naslund to a three year, $18M deal. Naslund turned down similar offers from other teams to stay in Vancouver.

In a huge coup, the Penguins made their first free agency move by signing defenseman Sergei Gonchar to a five-year, $25M deal.

Still no word on Satan. Still no word on Allison.
